This is the website of the company Gare Centrale, a non-profit organization (“asbl”) under Belgian law whose head offices are located at Chemin Saint-Hubert, 4, 1430 Rebecq.
Please read the following agreement to know how your personal data will be processed. This document is subject to change. This version dates from July 4, 2018.

 

FRAMEWORK AND LEGAL SCOPE

 

The company Gare Centrale undertakes to comply with the privacy legislation in force in Belgium: the processing of personal data relating to this site is subject to the December 8, 1992 law regarding the protection of privacy and the General Data Protection Regulation (or “GDPR”, as it is better known (“RGPD” in French)) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, that came into effect on May 25, 2018.
This confidentiality agreement is valid for all pages hosted on the website www.garecentrale.be. It is not valid for pages hosted by other organizations to which we may refer and whose confidentiality agreements may be different. This policy applies to your visit to this website and the use of cookies for a better browsing experience.

DATA MANAGEMENT AND CONSERVATION

This data is stored on our server located at the Chaussée de la Grande Espinette, 25B, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Belgium.

The company Gare Centrale agrees not to share this information with other organizations for commercial or other purposes, nor to communicate this information to commercial databases

The company Gare Centrale may, however, share this data with third parties for non-commercial purposes in the case of collaboration. If this happens, the sharing of this data will be governed by a clearly defined contract in order to guarantee the necessary confidentiality and security.

USE OF DATA BY COMPANY GARE CENTRALE

 

These data are only collected as part of the specific activities of the company Gare Centrale, such as (e-)mailings. We do not process personal data of minors (less than 16 years old) without written consent of a parent or legal representative.

Security of the collected information

 

Once the data is received, the company Gare Centrale undertakes to do its best to ensure the security of its systems. We have already put in place appropriate measures to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information received on our site. Here is the list:

Please specify the postal or e-mail address to which the response should be sent. We retain the right ask you to identify yourself before we respond to the above requests. You can identify yourself with a copy of your identity card.

You always have the right to file a complaint with the privacy committee, the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
